Description of Services

Police Overtime Calculator and School Safety OT Calculator are application based software that allow its users to create, manage, and calculate their overtime.

Elegibility

Police Overtime Calculator and School Safety OT Calculator do not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. You must be at least 13 years of age to access and use our Services. If you are under 18 (or under the legal in your respective jurisdiction), you may use lmdevteam.com, our Apps and other Services only with permission of a parent or guardian who must agree to be fully responsible for the acts or omissions of such user in connection with our Services.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate our agreement with you, suspend or terminate your right to access or use our Services, especially if you breach these terms and conditions.

You may terminate this agreement by stopping using our Services.

Additional Terms Applicable to iOS Devices

This section shall apply in case you install, access or use our Apps on any device that contains the iOS mobile operating system.

Please be acknowledged that these Terms are entered into between you and us only. We are not affiliated with Apple Inc. or its subsidiaries ("Apple") and Apple shall not be a party to these Terms.

Your usage of Apple device as well as other Apple products is regulated by Apple’s Usage Rules within the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. It is the Apple who will refund any applicable purchase price in case of the unlikely event.

You agree that we are solely responsible for providing any maintenance or support required for the Apps, not Apple.

Please note that Apple is a third-party beneficiary to these Terms and you agree that Apple may enforce these Terms as if it was a party to these Terms.

Termination

AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE SUITABILITY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, TIMELINESS, AND ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS IN OUR SERVICES FOR ANY PURPOSE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL SUCH INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND. LMDEVTEAM. AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH REGARD TO THIS INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LMDEVTEAM. AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF SERVICES, WITH THE DELAY OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP AND RELATED SERVICES, THE PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SERVICES, OR FOR ANY INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS IN OUR SERVICES, OR OTHERWISE ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OUR SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF LMDEVTEAM. OR ANY OF ITS SUPPLIERS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THE APPS AND RELATED SERVICES, OR WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS OF USE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING OUR SERVICES.
